With it having a 4-5 year long range (the longer the base, the higher the space)…and with wave 1’s highs being exceeded recently, we should solidly be in major wave 3 and if wave 3 doesn’t get to close to $25ish, wave 5 should.

If you want, you could always sell half when it gets toward the top of the gray shaded zone and the other half around when it’s approaching the $25ish resistance zone.

And with a forward P/E of 6, it can fundamentally justify going quite a bit higher over time as well, such as to that $25ish (give or take) resistance zone.

I’m holding and it’s looking good…at 21% gain so far!  Thanks for your guidance.

    You’re welcome.

So, it should have no problem heading overall higher to that $25ish resistance over time.

The only question is: Does it retest the lower red resistance zone again (yellow arrow) or its 200-week moving average (other yellow arrow) first before going there or does it just breakout and sort of “not look back” and just go there. All of those scenarios are common and possible. So, just be ready for any of those scenarios. The breakout and never look back scenario takes care of itself (mentally). So, it’s the other two scenarios that have to be expected as possibilities.

Properly set expectations will remove frustration/impatience (in any area of life, including stock investing).

There’s a really good chance we’re in major wave 3 now and either wave 3 or 5 are VERY likely to extend higher because…long, boring ranges tend to breakout into long, strong trends.

The $24-$26ish resistance zone is very likely to be hit and it could go to the resistance zone above that, before wave 5 ends. We’ll just have to see.

But, it appears that TEVA is waking up from its long, wave 2 slumber of over 4 years.

Looks like TEVA is recoiling a little bit in the midst of Wave 3…..still up 6%…

Yeah, earnings on 5/8 before the bell may determine which of these scenarios ends up happening.

With the bounce back after the retracement, I am currently up 18% at $14.31…..Heck of a roller coaster ride!!

Earnings coming on 5/8 before the bell. Could cause volatility in either direction, too.
