    I owned some positions before being exposed to you & your system; which I still own. Once upon a time (40-50 years ago) many companies took care of their stock holders when they decided to offer additional stock.

    Does this still happen today or do the vast majority of companies just dilute the outstanding stock.

    I did not fully realize until recently, that another benefit to your selecting cash rich companies, is protection against additional stock offerings that companies might (make which is hard to anticipate with Precision Medicine Companies due to unpredictable timelines on new product market introduction).

    Yep, and secondary offerings dilute the current piece of the pie for present shareholders. I’m not a fan of them.
