I agree with Sean. Whichever position is going to excite her the most is the winner. Money is important for sure but her being happy with a better quality of life is far more important. One word of caution about bonuses is that there are many times performance targets that must be reached before the full 15% will be payed out so the 15% bonus may not be guaranteed money. Been there.
