Not in my opinion. Why? 1) You’re trying to use logical to judge illogical moves. It’s an easy way to get steamrolled. 2) You’re fighting against a strong trend and its doubtful that you’d be calling the top tick on these stocks. 3) Trying to call a top in an uptrend is always a low probability trade, when they work out and when they don’t..it’s still low probability. Buying puts after rallies higher within downtrends (arrows) are higher probability trades.
